At B&L, our focus has always been on the quality of our products and our commitment to customers. As some of you can attest, we’re obsessed with providing the highest quality customer service. In fact, many of the products and services we have developed over the years have been in direct response to our customers’ requests. We value this level of personal interaction with our clients.
Now, in 2009, we want to take this to the next level.
In the coming months, we will be creating new ways to engage with you to help foster an open, ongoing dialogue. That’s why we’ve set up this blog and why we’ve started our monthly newsletter.
